Terms and Conditions
Section One: Service
Client has contracted red letter solutions to distribute electronic messages on client’s behalf. Client assumes sole responsibility for content. Service is for client’s sole use only. Use of this service on behalf of another party will result in account termination.
Section Two: Consideration
Client shall pay a monthly service fee of $150.
Section Three: Term of Service
The term of this agreement is month-to-month. Client must give a 30-day written notice if they wish to discontinue service. If payment is 30 days past due, client's account will be cancelled.
Section Four: Payment Conditions
Monthly payments shall be made automatically by credit card. Client authorizes red letter solutions to charge credit card the monthly service fee.
